Concept:
Diamonds Direct is a true direct diamond importer, cutting out all the middle man markups. Having buying offices in Israel and India allows us to hand pick only the best diamonds to come to our retail stores. Our focus is owning the right diamonds at the right value. Our selection, education, warranties and guaranties create a no-risk shopping environment that is customer focused and flexible to make sure we maximize the customer’s budget and exceed their expectations.

Got my wife an anniversary ring here. These people are very good at what they do. Treat you like you are the only thing that they have to do all day. They are also very good at pushing the budget, I had to transfer a couple thousand more from savings to cover the ring. To be fair though that probably had more to do with my wife than them. 💍👍

Great for women's jewelry, especially custom rings etc. for a good price. If you want anything for a man then just walk out that door. They are absolutely terrible for that. Spent 5 months to get a mans wedding band because they don't know how to size men's fingers. At one point they gave us the wrong ring back and eventually said we could no longer resize the ring anymore because we had tried too many times. We eventually had to go to Jared's by the Galleria. Again, just to be fair, they do a very good job with women's rings.

Rachel at Diamonds Direct was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the process of my purchase! I had a specific style of ring in mind for my fiancee, and I walked away with the perfect diamond. The service, price, and follow-up was top notch! My fiancee absolutely loves her ring! She regularly receives compliments on it. THANKS AGAIN RACHEL!

Trust is a must when making a big purchase and Rachel Shields at Diamonds Direct gained our trust. She was so helpful in finding the right diamond and in the design of the setting. Her suggestions were informative and never felt pushy. She presented options and was excellent at educating us on diamond qualities. I will not be shopping around for future purchases; I found my expert. Thanks Rachel!

Be careful. My experience with Diamonds Direct was not good. The employee I interfaced with (Olga) was very knowledgeable and eager to help. However, after ordering a Verragio setting for my wife's engagement ring and waiting almost two months for the setting to arrive, the setting I received was not what I had purchased. The setting I received was missing the gold inlay that was specified on my order, and that I had paid extra to receive. This was obviously Verragio's fault, because the details were all listed correctly on the order, but my problem was that Diamond's Direct didn't offer anything to make the situation right. As a customer, that is disheartening. Here I am giving you thousands of my hard earned dollars, commuting over an our to your store for every visit, and after wasting 8 weeks of my time waiting to receive an incorrect setting, the only thing I was offered by the manager was an apology and a handshake. As a customer, that told me exactly how much they valued my time and money. The answer is not at all. I will not spend another dime of my money here.
