Let me start by saying Diamonds on Wabash, is OUTSTANDING AND MAGNIFICENT!!!!!!  1 Billion Stars to them!!!!!  The DREAM TEAM is Sylvia, Joanna and Iliana.  I call them the 3 Amigos that are ROCK STARS!!!!  They helped me put together a ring that not only will blind you but give you comments from family and friends that makes you understand why this place is the ABSOLUTE BEST diamond shop on Jewelers Row!!!!!!!!! Their expertise, knowledge, helpfulness, and friendliness, is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!  All in all they have made me a CUSTOMER for life and I would not even consider EVER going anywhere else!  Fantastic job to all of you and Especially a Sears Tower THANK YOU to the boss, Sylvia!!!!!  Diamonds on Wabash SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!!!

Sylvia and the entire staff were amazing. We had gone to 2 different jewellers before stopping in and I'm so glad we did. They knew exactly what we were looking for and we were able to pick out my stone right there. They were able to create both my ring and my fiancee ring quickly and at a great price. The quality of the rings are AMAZING! We are recommending to everyone we know.

This team has made our ring shopping experience exactly that, an experience. From the early stages of thinking through the various options, to selecting the best ring, to delivering the final product. Just picked it up today and could not be more pleased with the outcome. In addition to professionalism, knowledge, and tailoring to individual needs, what really impressed me is the approachability displayed by this team. I worked with Sylvia from start to finish and can confidently say that we have a long term jeweler secured for years to come.

I stopped by there this afternoon to see if they would be interested in buying some pieces that I no longer wear, and Sylvia was very helpful she made a fair offer and I am very happy. Great customer service ! thanks so much ladies. I'll be back... :)

Very satisfied with my purchase and overall experience at Diamonds on Wabash, and JoAnna in particular. I came in knowing nothing at all and JoAnna was extremely patient and willing to help we work through the process till the date of pick up. Very knowledgeable and made you feel special. I would refer anyone to Diamonds on Wabash.
