My family and I have made multiple purchases here year after year for everything from engagement rings to earrings bracelets etc. There's a great reason for that. Windy City diamonds have always treated us professionally, taken the stress away from having to shop around and provided fair prices without the hassle. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend working with Komal although the entire staff has been helpful.

I highly recommend Victor Gomez at Windy City Diamonds.  I worked with Victor on creating an engagement ring & couldn't be happier!  Victor is a true professional, honest, and trustworthy!  Was an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back to Windy City for future jewelry purchases!  Thank you Victor, you're amazing!

We have worked with Victor on two pieces within the last year. First, we sought his help to design a new wedding band as my original ring was regularly losing stones and just not holding up. Victor listened and then guided us in the process. He did not push more expensive options or make silly suggestions. He was patient and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. 
We then came to him a few weeks ago for a new engagement ring setting, for the same reasons. He was, again, patient  (the opposite of pushy, really) and treated us with kindness and respect. The finished products are beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. The process from design to finished product took less than three weeks. 
I would highly recommend WCD and Victor. They have a great selection of jewelry but also support you in the creation of custom pieces.

From the moment I met Denise over a year and a half ago she has been nothing less than outstanding. Her customer service is amazing and the quality of their jewelry is stunning. I have been with my fiancé for 14 years and was tasked with the difficult decision of choosing a jeweler who could provide the quality I was truly looking for. Through constantly striving for perfection Windy City Diamonds allows their customers the freedom to envision jewelry of any style. This coupled with their ability to listen to your every need, makes for a perfect experience. I have received nothing but honest feedback from a jeweler who is not looking to over price their product. Quality is what I look for in every aspect of life and they manage to continue to impress time after time. I live in Dallas but travel to Chicago for the experience, relationship and product Windy City provides. If you're looking for a jeweler who will make you or your loved one feel special then I would no hesitate to take 5 minutes to speak to the staff at Windy City. Denise is absolutely amazing!

If you're looking for the perfect place to buy your engagement ring from, look no further than Windy City Diamonds.  I shopped around at several stores in the Chicago area and there were no other stores that were as helpful or as reasonably priced as Windy City Diamonds.

Specifically, I had the pleasure of working with Victor when designing my fiance's engagement ring. Victor was the ultimate professional throughout the entire process.  He was knowledgeable,  patient, and extremely engaging when working with me.  We were able to manufacture a custom made band from a picture that I had provided to him.  The ring that was produced was perfect.  I would recommend that anyone who is considering buying an engagement ring to pay a visit to Victor.
