Keep in mind that the diamond can disappear from your ring!

I got my engagement ring about couple of months ago from my fiance.
It was beautiful and I loved it until I realized the diamond was gone one day.

I visited couple of other jewelers in town to find out the reason, and both said it's the flaw from the design, and obviously the ring was not holding the diamond tight enough as it should.
They even said, the design I had was so unique(gold surrounds diamond) that it's only possible to get the diamond out if I break the ring if it was done properly. But there was no single scratch inside of the ring when they observed, so they can only say it's the mistake from the shop.

I was so heart broken, and asked my fiance to ask the jeweler in G V to find a way to recover it, but they didn't apologized nor accepted their mistake and only told us how much it will cost to recover it.

It's so shame on them since they do not care about their customer and their job, but only money!

Great selection, excellent customer service. Had engagement and bands custom made, was a very easy process and they did excellent work! Would recommend to anyone.

Never thought buying an engagement ring could be this fun!  Julio is truly an artist in his field.  We worked together to create a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry and I couldn't be happier.  The ring looks amazing and it was really a pleasant process the whole way through. No high pressure sales tactics or forcing you out of your price range--just good, honest people that take pride in their work and do a fantastic job.

Recently Julio designed a very intricate charm from a combination of photos I emailed to him. It turned out beautifully. He also redesigned my wedding ring. Wonderful quality and workmanship. I highly recommend GV Jewelry.

I am very grateful to Julio and the entire family for the beautiful work they did. I love my Le Vian engagement ring so much but couldn't find a matching band for it. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to contact Julio, and they were extremely wonderful. Their prices are cheaper compared to other jewelers for the same quality.  They have amazing customer service as well.

I will definitely use G V Jewelry again and again.
