I have been very pleased with their service. They consistently do an outstanding job at a fair price and they are quite honest and down-to-Earth. For example, if you take your bike in for a tune-up, they will only fix what needs to be fixed. They never try to get you to pay for things that are unnecessary just to add to their bottom line. Plus, they will happily repair bikes that are older and/or of lesser quality rather than only focus on higher end stuff. In other words, they care about and cater to the average cyclist who doesn’t ride a bike that costs in the thousands nor tries to live up to some image. Lastly, I found them to be very personable and they don’t talk down to people. I am glad I found them and plan on doing business with Dick’s Bicycle Repair Shop as often as I can.

Great local bike shop. Everyone there was super friendly. When I got my bike out after not using it for a long time I noticed the back tire was leaking. They replaced the inner tube as soon as I showed up. When they were doing that they noticed the back brake wasn’t working either (I’ve been neglecting my bicycle). They fixed that for me on the spot too. The whole thing took 15 minutes and cost me less than $30, and my bike is good as new. They sell bikes too and offer tune-ups for $50. I’ll be returning!!

Super friendly great service!! If you have a bike problem they will get you back on the road ASAP. So happy to have found this gem.
