I recently purchased a bike at NC Velo and had such a great experience. Their professionalism,  high level of service, and amazing selection of high quality bikes at great price points was very impressive. The fact that the owners are always on site and service the bikes on premises goes to show real knowledge and passion for their craft. I will definitely shop here again. Thanks guys

Within moments of walking in, Kyle had found the exact right bike for me.  I just didn't know it yet.  I traveled to every single other bike shop in Charlotte, and they were all nice and very helpful but 2 days later I returned to purchase at NC Velo.  I went back thinking I would be doing some upgrades and spending more money.  Kyle talked me out of that.   His advice was right on the mark.  Great customer service.  No hassle.  Thanks for a great experience.

Quality resource for all styles of riding, and from novice to pro. Very knowledgeable crew .Competitive rides on wed/sat . I won't go to any other bike shop.

I just picked up my XL Specialized that the guys ordered for me and I couldn’t be happier.  I’ve never owned a nice bike before but Kyle and the rest of the staff took plenty of time with me to figure out the perfect bike for my needs.  We ordered one since I needed an XL and they got it, put it together and ready for pick up in 2 days.  Great place to buy your new bikes.  Thank you.

Being new to the Charlotte NC area it was a relief to find an awesome bike shop. I purchased a new carbon Giant bike here and it was excellent service, knowledgeable advice, great fit and setup. Couldn’t be happier!
