Didn’t have Eagles Championship merch at this location. I thought Princeton was neutral territory if not leaning more towards Philly fans. Hell with the Giants 👎🏼

The staff in the bicycle department (especially Elgin) were wonderful and extremely knowledgeable, even compared to the local bike shops. I originally purchased a bicycle for my son at the Oxford Valley location, but when we got home to really try it, the brakes were so stiff he could barely stop. I called the Princeton location (because it was closer) to see if I could bring it in for them to take a look. Elgin took one look at the bike and knew there was something wrong with the brakes and it wasn't to right one for my son to begin with. We exchanged the bike for one that was a better fit with absolutely no hassle. My only complaint is that they don't have too many assembled bikes on the floor the try out.

The little girls working the register are so rude!  I don't come here often, but when I do it's always the same bs....they need a training class on manners and customer service. I'll be visiting another location from now on!

Thank you for actually honoring the misticketed item for the $25 difference. Other places say tough luck final price is final price. Thank you for no hassle!!!

Staff is rude and not helpful. If they dont want to work, STAY HOME.
Will go to Modell's next time.
