First time shopping Penney's, buying a washing machine.  Great experience. Saleswoman Pat matched a big box appliance store's lower price, and she was ever so friendly and personable.

First, I'm sorry to say this. I'm quite disgusted with how there was a selection where it smelled completedly like weed. Kids hanging around if it were okay to do. I'm very sorry but thats not okay.

If I could rate this location ZERO stars I would.  

A total lack of customer service.

I was shopping in women's shoes and I saw the only widths out on the floor were Medium.   Some of us do wear wider widths.

So I approached the guy at the register, with pair of shoes in hand, and asked if they stocked wide widths in any styles.  He said they were few & far between and did not seem to want to be bothered.  Nor did he offer to check.

I then decided to call store to speak to manager on duty, but was  sent into voice prompt hell.   Finally was transferred to manager extension, which rang off the hook.

No problem, I'll take my business to a retailer who cares enough to want to make the sale.

And you wonder why your stores are going under JC Penney?  That should be a no-brainer.  Corporate should close this location too.
