Last night we bought a ladies bicycle on sale near closing time. Since adjustments were necessary, we came back again this noon to actually pick-up the bike. Guess what? On our arrival we found the same model bike reduced another 45 dollars lower than what we paid the night before. Shane, the store manager quickly refunded our bank card the additional amount. The bike was prepped and we walked out, very happy customers. THANKS DICK'S SPORTING GOODS!

Nice store with 1000's of products but they don't carry anything for martial arts, people who work there are nice.

Horrible- bought underwear for my son--- they had a sensor on it (who does that on underwear?) forgot to take it off...making me drive 1/2 hr there 1/2 hr back to fix their mistake... told them they could send someone to my house to remove it- they said they can't afford the time (their time is more valuable than mine) not happening - thank god for u tube!  Those things are easy to pop with a lighter and pliers- No more Dick for us!

The store is much bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Everything is organized well..stocked very well.. and very clean. 

Only disappointment is that they do not accept coupons inside the store. You have to order online to get the 20% discount.
