FUBAR - 5- 10 minutes to answer phone, hold for 15 minutes, disconnect, repeat several times. Once you talk to someone, it becomes very clear within a few moments, they do not know what they are talking about. Visit in person, staff is far and few in between. They carry a lot of items, but rarely what I need and/or want. They carry some well known brands, but many knockoff brands of cheap quality. Bought a camping chair that my young daughter used for 5 minutes before breaking. Return was not an issue. Went to buy an expensive item (probably the most expensive item they carry) only to find key parts were missing. They had to be taken by employee's. Manager offered to knock the price down, but then I wondered what other abuse this item nay have seen and do I want to buy a headache. I contacted the manufacturer/distributor who told me they have had several similar complaints . . . this is a store of last resort . . .

Two levels of a vast plethora of sporting goods to choose from at Dick's. Layout is great. Easy to see signs and pricing for certain racks and aisles. However, when I need help finding an item or need to go to the fitting room, the service lacks here. Dick's is such a huge space, yet there are barely any employees on sight. If they are around, they'll bug the hell out of you like an Asian store owner. Either they're available or unavailable. It just depends, but when they do help, their advice is pretty vague. Furthermore, pricing can be on the expensive side, but it's understandable because quality of goods is great here. Plus, you can go play some mini golf if you're waiting around. Now that Dave & Buster's is here, parking around Dick's is a bit tricky. For the time being, parking is still free and there's a parking garage in construction near the original Serramonte entrance.

Multi-level sports shop packed with merchandise for any sports you can think of. Very helpful staff. We had our baseball glove steamed and broken in here as part of the purchase.

Receipt for a gift expired after 60 days and manager stated that store policy was to treat the return as a no receipt return and would only give a fraction of the value. Will not be coming back to this store.
