Went into the store for some gifts.   Everyone was friendly and helpful.  And then I had to return something the next day because it was broken but I didn't realize until we got home.  No problems with the return.   Checking out was easy and efficient.   Great selection of items too and in the sizes I needed.  Definitely returning.

The employees are one thing but the stuff in here is pretty diverse. From figures to clothes I was happy with my purchases. They also have great sales from time to time.

All the Hot Topics are gone from San Francisco.   One thing I noticed is they have lots of Funko Pop's, which I didn't see much of in the one at Stonestown Mall before they closed it.  I was stoked to snag a Batman in a Batmobile.  It was nice shopping late into the evening during a weeknight, it wasn't very crowded.  The sales gal was nice enough to hold my Pop's at the counter while we continued to shop.

I walked in and the employees were all talking about what they did last night. They didnt acknowledge the fact i walked in. They didnt even ask if i neeeded help. But i went to them and waited for them to end their conversation.
