Went there for my first time yesterday and WOW it was so amazing!! The service was quick and the staff there was so friendly and accommodating. Made sure I had everything I needed and wanted and hooked it up fat with extra sauces and everything.  The food is so freaking good i'm going there for lunch again today! ;)

Seriously the gals that own and operate this place are super cool. They are always going above and beyond to make sure you have a truly fantastic experience. They’re generous and thoughtful. I recently spent two weeks in Texas and tried a few bbq places and frankly nothing compaired to my local Dickies in Utah of all places. It’s an amazing experience every time because they take care of you. I’ve been to so many restaurants that deliver below average care...which has become the new standard in most places. Not here though. I freaking love this place. The people who operate it make it fantastic!

PS 
For those leaving poor reviews and crying “poor customer service” when they run out of meat, you need to understand that smoking meat takes a while and BBQ joints (especially good ones) will run out of certain things towards the end of the day sometimes. That is not poor customer service. Generally that’s a sign of dang good BBQ. If I owned a restaurant I’d rather run out on occasion than have too much and waste money because I had to throw food away which would drive up cost for my customers.

Poor customer service and management. Went in there for dinner. Promptly informed that they were out of pork, brisket and sausage.

Always had a great experience at Dickey's BBQ!! Great service! High quality barbeque food. Can't pass up the free ice cream.

Worst BBQ experience ever.  If I could give a 0 I would.  I ordered the 3 meat plate with ham, pulled pork and chopped brisket since they were out of sliced.  Sides were potatoe casserole and fried okra.
The ham was tough and dry and had no flavor.  The pulled pork was dry, cold, greasy and had no flavor.  The brisket was also dry, cold, greasy and had no flavor  The potatoe caserole was dry and bland.  The fried okra was the best item from the meal.  I will not go back to this establishment.  I have had brisket in Texas and pulled pork in North Carolina so I know what BBQ should be and this food was a joke.
