Been to this location  three times. Every time has been at least a 5 min wait. I generally only go to JJs when I am in a hurry because every other one is so fast. Something needs to be fixed at this location. I hate to leave a bad review but I am happy to submit a good review if this gets better.

Need to change the pick up zone.. I don't live that far and they told me they couldn't deliver were I'm at.. ..ridiculous..I don't live far.. I live 10 min driving but don't have a car.. come on..so dumb ..

Garbage speed. Live 5 minutes away down 126th, busy doing housework so ordered them to deliver. 2 sandwiches show up AN HOUR LATER. As stated before, garbage.

I'm literally 2 miles from my jimmy johns and they won't deliver.  Yet they will deliver at my office and its further.  Disappointed.

Stopped in for the $1 sub customer appreciation day. They are less then appreciative. We are a family of 4. There were 3 of us present as our daughter had to be at cheer practice.  We all ordered are subs and tried to get a slim 4 for our daughter.  They told us we had to pay full price for that since she isn't present. As there advertisement says that its limit one per person. Not anywhere does it say "must be present".  Since you decided a few slices of turkey and a roll wasn't worth it to you to keep my business. I will take it elsewhere. Next time please clarify on your advertisements for the people that continue to support you.
