Food was okay, they literally put 15 fries in my daughters papa burger combo. Mashed potatoes were alright. My daughter loved her papa burger though she ate the entire thing and she's only 7, shes pretty picky so I was surprised. The inside of the store was kind of dirty. There was chicken on the floor behind the counter. The employee working behind the counter was nice but kind of awkward.

Terrible customer service. I like KFC, but this location is awful. Constantly backed up even if there is only one car in the drive through. The lobby was closed when I went one time, and then the drive through took way too long. My order is wrong consistently, the chicken was completely burnt another time. Not good. Go somewhere else. Staff is trash

It was a slow night and we were the only customers at the time and there were two young ladies on shift. The place was an absolute disaster. I do commend the young ladies on being polite and respectful and the customer service was ok. But the restaurant itself was gross. The bathroom had pee stains all over the walls and the floor was caked in a dark black grime. There were napkins and trash all over the ground in the dining area and food covered tables. The counter to the soda fountain was caked in sticky soda residue. I would recommend to management a serious deep clean and retraining.

Went inside to order. Took 30+ minutes to get 8 piece chicken and 3 sides while the drive through was getting taken care of. The manager left to get tarter sauce from the Peterson's across the street for an elderly couple. This would have been fine, but it left his incompetent employees to fend for themselves. Now on to the actual food. The chicken was decent. Not good, but edible. The mashed potatoes were very poor. One container was powdery. The biscuits weren't fresh. Easy to tell they had been cooked hours before. The Mac and cheese was good enough, but could have been hotter.

Service is slow. Came to just pick up some of their sides and ended up waiting 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, the food is typical with what you'd expect from KFC with the Cole slaw still being one of my favorite things here. Also for those who are bothered by this, the prep tables by the drive through window looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. I'll probably still come back once I forget about it.
