I have been to this location many times over the last few years. This location holds up the franchise name just fine. You will get exactly what you can expect from a five guys at this location. Great burgers, shakes, and fries. The line always goes quick here and it also has been very clean every time I have visited. I will continue to come here in the future.

Had a bad experience at the Riverton store. Left a comment. And I received a personal call from the manager with a apology and a offer of a gift card.  I will for sure go back again.  Now that I call impressive the hat a manager cares enough to call his customer.   Thank you!

Food is good, but I've never experienced such crappy customer service in all my 21 years of life. And I eat out way more than I should. 
I ordered a large fry and paid for it and they gave me a small. When I told them about it and showed them a picture they refused to compensate me for it. 

I asked for the guys name, said he wouldn't give it to me, asked for the store number "you can find that online". 

On the bright side, I called corporate and Nicole the lady I talked to was great.

I ordered a single cheeseburger and fries. When I got it, I was surprised to find they gave me and my buddy both doubles when they only charged us for singles. The reason for 4 stars though is because they over salted their fries. We ended up throwing half of them away because they were too much to handle.

Hamburgers are wrapped in tin foil and the bun greets steamed before it gets to you. Fries are also placed in a cup and get a similar steamed softness that just shouldn't happen. Fries should be credit and fresh.
