If I could give this place zero stars I would! I got the brisket and it was so dry that even with sauce I had a hard time swallowing it. Then I woke up the next day in the middle of the night with HORRIBLE food poisening. Then when I called to speak to a manager he could barely speak one word of English, and was acting as though he couldn't understand a thing I was saying. Absolutely horrible DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

This placed closed at 7pm on March 6th and they said they are open till 9pm. Business was slow so the ladies inside decided they wanted to go home early. This business will be reported to the corporate office and the city of Castro valley about the way they conduct business. I guess people feel entitled to rip off their employer.

Almost no noodles in Mac n cheese, barely any beans in bbq beans. Sandwich wasn’t bad.

Second experience was awful. The family and i went to the store, which was not at all what i expected, no big deal there, but they were out of several items, and what we did have was just ok. In fact, three of us felt sick today. Near as we can figure,  it was the pork ribs (a choice made because they were out of what we wanted). I won't visit a dickeys  again I don't think.

My first experience with Dickies and it was fantastic! I got the 3 meat dinner, grilled chicken, beef brisket, and turkey. All were perfectly ready for me to eat. Not too hot, not too cold, medium well on the beef, all was great, right down to the potatoes salad side and chocolate chip cookie.

Super easy to pack on the calories with this order, but I only slightly dipped the meats into the sauce (also fantastic) and didn't eat all the potatoes salad. 

Anyway...it was fantastic. Good job Dickies! And good job, dasher!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My son is picky and we're sharing the sandwich the worker split the sandwich in half and let me put the sides.
