I like their spinach salad a lot. They usually have yummy soup. And they have a cranberry chicken salad sandwich that I like. The sad part about that place is the service. I have yet to get five star service there. People have to wait way too long to even get a table much less get served. It doesn't appear to be the actual servers problem. I think it's a management problem. Sorry, but this is just been an ongoing situation.

My family went on a Wed night for dinner.
We were greeted and seated pretty quickly,
BUT the Service after that went DOWNHILL.
The waitress did not write down our order.
She forgot part of the order. We had to ask;
salad and sides came AFTER entrees had
been finished. We had to ask for drink refills
3 times Before we got it: We asked for our
desserts “to go”. When we got home, we
discovered the waitress gave us a pie different than the one ordered. 
I completed the survey and expressed my
negative experience. I received a call from
the Manager, Megan, who offered to mail 
out certificates for 2 free dinners. I provided
my name and address. A week later.. NOTHING
from Shari’s. I called the next week and spoke 
with Megan, who said she mailed it out last
week. She offered to resend the certificates;
took my name and address again. It is NOW
THREE WEEKS since the Wed family dinner.
Still NO CERTIFICATE!!!!’ 
Shari’s Employees are UNTRUSTWORTHY;
Shari’s has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
of any restaurant I have ever been too.’
DO NOT PATRONIZE SHARI’s OF CASTRO

Open all 🌃 perfect place to go for late night sñack or a nice piece of pie for desert.

Strange you walk up to entrance and it smells as though some one took a dump. So i went to restroom ta wash my hands and i gagged from the smell
This time i left i tried this place and gagged twice.
