Didn't have our reserved room so they gave us an inferior room for 1 night. Tons of things not working in the room and it wasn't in good condition not cleaned very well. For example there was a lot of dust and a champagne cork behind the desk (whose top was loose). On the other hand the view from the corner room was pretty good. Outlets didn't work. Exhaust fan didn't work. Room rate was incorrect and I had to get it adjusted. Plus they added a valet charge randomly. They did fix it all promptly and offered 5,000 Marriott points, but their branding of it as a "miscommunication" is stupid. There was no miscommunication. They just screwed up, plain and simple.

Stayed here for a three-day business engagement. Outstanding facility. World-class staff, every amenity you could think of, terrific lounge area / co-working space. Marriott really knows how to make a hotel for the business traveler. Love the location too, right near Central Park!

Rooms were clean and very nice, a little small but I expected that and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to time square and central park. The only minor complaint would be the elevators were slow and cramped. Other than that I had a great time.

Location is nice, rooms are small tho. Missing some basic amenities (mugs, towels, etc) that were provided upon request. I dunno. Decent.

The receptionist is nothing close to being welcome and helpful. Will never book this hotel again. The lobby is way below subpar, literally 6 chairs. Yes 6 chairs that's it. Check in time is 3PM, and they strictly stand by their policy. Good luck with surviving in the free market of hotel and hospitality Courtyard by Marriott ( already Residence Inn) 😒
