Long lines at lunch hour, but reasonably priced by New York lunch standards for the amount of food you’re getting. Decent seasonal options of hot and cold veggies, and consistent protein options regardless of season. The line moves fast at lunch even if it seems long! I don’t recommend the chicken, it’s usually as much fat as it is meat... go with the salmon or meatballs instead.

Fast food done right and very healthily. For homey cooked foods with lots of veggie options, come here. Choose a base (rice, Farro, or salad), two sides (broccoli, cauliflower, Mac cheese, beets, sweet potatoes, kale, caramelized apples), and a protein (steak, charred chicken thigh, grilled chicken breast, fish, or tofu). Everything comes in a bowl. Choice of protein changes price of bowl. Perfect place for those trying to eat healthy.

I've had both kinds of chicken before both good though I'll say the roasted chicken I don't think had the right texture was still kind of tough. Restuarant VERY clean every time I walked in and servers extremely nice, friendly and kind. Plus my co workers LOVE THIS place. Pretty good deal for such a fair price. This is the real food chipotle alternative for less. Def recommend.

The salmon was dry and hard and didn't exactly taste like salmon. This ruined the whole bowl for me.
