So we went  in and said my wife has pregnancy issues. This was 430. They admitted us, took her vitals and made her pee in a cup. Then finally at 545 they told us they don't have the necessary skill or equipment to check on babies and we should go to the hospital. Now a medical professional who genuinely cared about their patients would have told us at 430 they can't help us. A company looking just after the dollar waits until your threw the door to tell you to go to the hospital.  We are submitting Into our insurance that this place is a scam
 We are currently at the hospital at 630 and they don't even want the paperwork from this place. Apparently the hospital doesn't think much of them and they are both dignity. If you need antibiotics go here. If you need a real doctor, go some where, anywhere else. You can thank me by adding a like to this review. And you know they are guilty trying to contact you afterwords. Just do a good job and hire good employees. Nothing the owner can say will ever bring us back

I think people need to be educated on Ahcccs covered patients. Not all of us are unemployed. We pay our taxes and do not get taxes every year in return at least in my case. Believe it or not. We deserve the same amount of respect and consideration. After telling the woman in the front desk I had united health care, I was treated like garbage. She did not bother to verify any information with me. Employment, address, phone numbers. Simple information everyone was getting asked. It had been over a year since our last visit. The way she spoke to me in front of my child and everyone else was embarrassing as a mother and a human being. If you make it passed the front desk then it is a good urgent care the only in Maricopa. The doctor was awesome. 
She the receptionist, should appreciate the business they get and treat all with respect and consideration. Since us coming here is what is helping her personal paycheck.

We waited a very long time to be seen and then after we finished we had to come out and wait again a very long time just to pay the co-pay (couldn’t just do it all at once?).
Then I got charged a LOT . My kid has fever and they said they would give him ibuprofen. I told them if I could just go home and give it to him I rather do that since i didn’t want to pay for overpriced ibuprofen and the lady said they wouldn’t charge us but they did charge us and for two doses!! $7 for each dose!

The wait is always pretty long (20-40 minutes) after getting to a treatment room that was assigned. I would highly recommend people to get online and do the online check-in or by calling ahead for an appointment time. Being a walk in for service will mean an extremely long wait most times.

Went to this Facility for the first time today; from the front desk people to the Doctor I saw, everyone was very friendly and professional! The Doctor listened to my concern in detail and gave her full attention. Explained everything in detail. Thank you Dignity Health Urgent Care Maricopa for your world class service! Keep up the good work and bringing smiles for everyone!
