My name is Rachael and I'm a HomeGoods addict. For some women, it's shoes. For others, it's chocolate, wine or handbags. Oh, I love all of these too, but for me the ultimate weakness is HomeGoods. Luckily, there is one near me. Let me warn you now, this particular location isn't the most organized and may have more crowds, but that doesn't stop me. I push through the mess of things and mass of people because you can find really good stuff for your home at really, really good prices. Plus, the merchandise changes almost daily. Yes, you will end up buying a whole bunch of stuff you don't need because you (and I) can't walk away from such value. You'll thank me later.

Returned an item from a prior purchase. The rep accepted the item and offered a credit. We used the credit to purchase something else. Great store, great employees and always an interesting place to shop.

I saved $75 on an item that I had priced at another department store!!! Am thrilled with the selection and with the customer service as well!!!!!

Management is extremely rude. I purchased over $1000 of merchandise and returned one item. A $34 mirror. And was treated very rudely, as if how dare I return anything! Management is so bad at this location that you feel unwelcome... One man in particular, the larger gentleman ... never smiles. Just scowls and acts as if everything is an inconvenience. They need to take a customer relations course from Publix, who are always friendly, helpful and polite..

I always have a fair experience at Home Goods. The only store in Naples, Fl. Is. Always out of stock or items picked over. We need a Home Goods store desperately in south east Naples. New businesses are opening all of the time. Please open a Home Goods near 34113, as it is needed in this area.
