Pros: Showroom has a good selection, sales guy seemed nice (went out of his way to make my 5-month old smile), and he offered free delivery.  

Cons: They promised to deliver in 2-4 weeks ("you'll have it in 3 weeks" said the owner), but we finally got the table after 9-10 weeks.  Called a few times to check on things and I felt like we were getting the run around.  Owner said it shipped after 2 weeks, but several weeks later he changed his story and said it shipped after 4 weeks.  Why then did it take 5 more weeks to arrive (from NC to PA)??  When it did arrive we were pleased, table/chairs look nice and everything is as we ordered.  But overall it wasn't a pleasant experience and I wouldn't repeat it.
