I had been doing a lot of research about type of mattresses and prices that after a while I got so  overwhelmed that what made a difference was service. So, as far as price goes, negotiate the best you can with them. Searching similar products online with the same qualities that are cheaper and have free shipping and free returns gives you some power to bargain with. 

Now service was great. Probably not every Mattress Firm store has this service, since people are different. So take advantage of the service Shelly can give you. She was very nice, patient, courteous and polite. You're going to have a good experience, I hope!

So, yes, I'd recommend this store, specially with you can deal with Shelly. (But there was another lady there that was just as nice, she helped us too. But I forgot her name, sorry!  It seems that the girls there are really nice...)

I bought a mattress here about a month ago from Shelly.  She was very helpful and when I told her what type of mattress I was looking for she showed a couple options and the whole process was fast and easy. She didn't pressure me into a sale like car dealers.  Also, delivery was within the week and the bed was setup in 15 minutes.  So far the bed is the perfect choice and I'm glad I made to decision to go here.  I would recommend to go here if you are looking for a new mattress.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience with this Mattress Firm. A salesperson named Shelly helped us find a mattress that fit both our comfort preferences and our budget. She even gave us a plethora of discounts to make things more affordable. In addition, she allowed us to purchase a floor model bed at a drastically reduced price. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we did not feel pressured at all. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs to buy a new mattress. Even if you have never bought a mattress before, they will help you to find what you need at the right price.

Shelly was great, she allowed us to take our time to pick out our mattress. She was very helpful in narrowing our search. She made to entire process a pleasure. We would high recommend this mattress firm location for your purchase.

Shelly was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped my elderly father find the perfect mattress. She made sure it was comfortable and he could easily move around. I would recommend this store and Shelly to anyone looking for a new mattress.
