I placed my first order in September and was delightfully impressed by the quality of the meals. I have never purchased pre-prepared food before other than the sad options available at the grocery store such as heavily processed frozen entrées. I’m happy to provide opinions on the following entrees that I purchased… Bruschetta Chicken, Salad: The chicken was quite tender and the bruschetta topping tasted very good. Pork Carnitas, Corn and Black Bean Salad: I’ve never had carnitas or black bean salad and absolutely loved everything about this meal. Penne with Italian Sausage: This meal had a didn’t skimp on the sausage, which also tasted great. Sometimes when you have a pasta based meal, you get pounds of pasta and too little meat and that was not the case with this combo. Parmesan Garlic Chicken, Zucchini and Squash: OH MY GOSH, I can’t say enough great things about this one!! The chicken was very tender and flavorful and the grilled veggies were awesome! Even my daughter, who hates vegetables, got in on the veggies. I had to share a bit more of them than I wanted to because she liked them so well! BBQ Chicken Quarters, Green Beans, Pasta Salad: This was another awesome combo! Fortunately for me, my daughter passed on the green beans because I couldn’t get enough of them. The chicken was again, very tender and tasted great! I don’t eat chicken skin and was very happy that the meat tasted fabulous without it. Usually with BBQ chicken, the flavor is mainly in the skin and the meat is an afterthought, but that’s not the case with this meal. I also have to admit that I got up in the middle of the night, and stood in my dark kitchen, while I foraged on the pasta salad because it was sooo good!
