My husband and I love the selection of restaurants that this service offers, but we are beginning to feel discouraged because a lot of the delivery drivers get lost when they try to bring us our food, and by the time they do find us, the food is cold. We ordered tonight and the driver called, very confused as to where our apartment is located, and we explained to him how to find us, to no avail. Fifteen minutes later he called back and was still lost. So my husband had to walk outside in the freezing cold and track our food down. This is not the first time this has happened (it happens like eight out of every ten times we order) and it is unacceptable and we are seriously considering not ordering from Takeout Central because of these ongoing issues.

One of their drivers almost hit me at the  intersection of Church and Franklin. She had the red light and I had the pedestrian crossing. She didn't even see me.  She was so close I tapped on her car. Saw her later and she said I wasn't paying attention. Hmmm I knew her car and exactly what she looked like.i found her in line in a restaurant. All I asked is that pay attention to pedestrians.

Used this service twice this week so far while my son is in the hospital and it was great. Ordered from two different restaurants and the delivery was about 45 minutes each time and the food was still very hot. The email updates were accurate and the drivers were friendly. I will definitely use again.

Marissa and Melissa must be in cahoots with a competitive delivery service. I am traveling for work and order lunch or dinner in probably close to 8 times a week. The convenience of having someone bring food from a restaurant that does not deliver to the door is awesome. I have had no bad experiences so far. Just plan to get your order in about an hour before you want it and it will be there.
