Amazing jewelry store. The employees are very knowledgeable and they do not mark up prices as much as other stores. They will teach you about the jewelry you are about to purchase to help with your decision. I bought my fiancé her engagement ring here and could not be happier with my decision.

When one of the smaller gemstones fell out of the ring they replaced it with no questions asked! Great customer service too!

I will definitely be back here in the future when buying more jewelry.

Great service! Great selection! Great price! This is a family owned and operated business. We have worked with Alain and his son for a couple years now. From purchasing a setting and wedding band, pearls, and servicing we have had nothing but exceptional service. They are very trustworthy which is very hard to find in the business!

I went to this store and another jewelry store located in the Bradlee shopping center on king street to shop repair costs.  I wanted to adjust the size of a 18ct gold ring with an artificial stone.  The question for me, was it worth doing.  Direct Jewelry Outlet provided great customer service.  They recapped the history of the ring, very educational.   They offered an explanation of their pricing and cost, suggested  restyling my ring.  Their pricing was very fair.  

 By comparison to the other store, I’d go with Direct Jewelry Outlet.

My experience at Direct Jewelry Outlet was very pleasant and informative. They educated me a lot on the 4 C's of diamond purchasing and were very friendly and not-pushy.

Phenomenal customer sercice, very competitive prices and great selection. I've made 3 purchases there over several years and have received felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend the store.
