For over 22 years my family and I have come to Dave Williams at Lenkersdorfer Fine Jewelers for that special timepiece, diamond, and/or jewelry of choice. Whether it be for a new acquisition, in-service/repair, or to browse the latest and greatest, their extremely knowledgeable and professional sales staff are always ready to meet and provide us top shelf support.  A visit and purchase from their store is a customer experience that cannot be matched by any reputable jeweler in our area. The security and peace of mind regarding authenticity of any luxury purchase is priceless when compared to “shopping” via the world wide web.  It is for this reason why we look forward to introducing the 3rd generation of my family to keep the tradition of our ”jeweler of choice” to be Lenkersdorfer!

I’ve been shopping here for 12 years and have been very happy with the service they provide, and with how friendly the staff has been anytime I’ve gone in for a visit. Dave Williams has assisted me with many watch purchases over the years and he is the ultimate professional! I have stopped in several times to have a battery replaced, or to make an adjustment to a wristband, and Dave always drops what he is doing to help me. I won’t shop with anyone else.

Lenkersdorfer Jewelers is my go-to place whenever I'm in the market for a new watch. The entire staff is always professional, and very friendly, but never pushy. They have the best selection of luxury watches and newest models. Also, their jewelry lines are the best. They carry hard to find pieces from Bvlgari and Chopard. I give them my highest recommendation.

I went in right before the Christmas holiday looking for a quality watch.  The salesperson who I met, David, was extremely rude and condescending.  He never made eye contact and looked and acted more like a used car salesman than a jeweler.  After showing me a couple of watches he seemed to get tired of helping me, and actually began texting on his telephone.  What a jerk.  I was suprised to find out later when I complained that he answered the phone - David is actually the owner!  Do yourself a favor, don't go to this store if you are looking for good customer service and expect to be treated with respect when patronizing a business.
