Tony Morrell - The Jewelry Doctor has been working and training in the jewlery and precious metal industry for over 30 years and has created hundreds of original pieces of custom jewelry over that span. In addition to completing his own work, Mr. Morrell has been selling and repairing fine jewelry of all shapes and sizes to valued customers in the DC Metropolitan Area.

Wonderful experience!! I took several pieces of jewelry in for repair. My antique ring needed repair and it looks fabulous now. My husbands wedding ring needed to be downsized 1 1/2 sizes and the work was done with no impact to the interior engraving. I also brought an amber and silver bracelet that I bought in Italy many years ago. The clasp had broken and several jewelers told me it could not be repaired because of the type of silver used which was too fragile to work on. After keeping it in my drawer for years I decided to give it one more try. Jewelry Doctor repaired it using a laser. It's like new!!!

I took two pearl necklaces here to be restrung, and I'm really happy with how they turned out. One was an old family heirloom that required some repairs. Tony took the time to explain all the repair options to me, and I'm very happy with the result. My necklaces have never looked better. He also gave me tips on how best to care for my necklaces. I thought the service was great, the prices reasonable, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

The Jewelry Doctor did an amazing job repairing my engagement and wedding bands after I slipped and fell in the sidewalk and scratched them up.  They looked brand new.  I would highly recommend this business.

I have gone to The Jewelry Doctor for work on a ring that I value a great deal (for sentimental reasons) and for repair of a watch. The work is impeccable and is delivered when promised at a reasonable cost. They are professionals in the best sense of the word. I asked how I could post a review and am grateful for the opportunity to recommend them.

My wife’s ring looked better than new after having a minor repair. Tony did extra work simply because he cares about the quality of his service and his store’s reputation. I was highly impressed, and will definitely be back!
