I've been going here for years and have always received great customer service. Sometimes the wait can be long so I recommend having a friend or family member follow you there so you can drop off your car and leave. I like that they email pressure check reminders and will fill your tires with air for free. I've had to have two tires patched and they've lasted for years.

I lived in Phoenix and the discount tires in that state are known for their incredible customer service. We just moved to Washington and this was our first discount tire experience here. They were nice, but the customer service was not crazy amazing like I am used to. The store was clean and they worked on my tires in what seemed to be a timely manner. Over all it was a good trip.

Poor service .. we had purchased 4 tires about a year ago with the protection warranty.  The kid ran over a nail so we bring it in and sence there wasn't an up sell we were put on the back burner. Three more customers  came in after us  were sold new tires and had them mounted and balanced and left before they even touched ours. I finally had to point this out and was told we were next. An hr and a half for one tire . These guys were more interested in a sale then helping with getting us back on the road  .

Quick and kind of service. They kept me informed every step of the way he treated my vehicle like it was their own. I am very pleased with discount tires nationwide.

I really would leave 4 stars or better, but when I went to purchase tires, I have the make and model and the guy gave me my total. He didn't ask what I wanted in a tie tire or anything to qualify my purchase. I was a bit taken aback and had to press him to give me options so that I could choose a tire with the features and warranty that I wanted. I spent more than he had originally tried to sell me, so I'm not sure why he didn't bother to ask about my needs.

Beyond that, the service was good, and as far as I can tell, my tires are installed properly. The facility was clean and comfortable.
