After returning a washing machine to a different store that did not work, I decided to check out Best Buy. They had the model I was looking for at a reasonable price. I decided to go ahead and buy this one, the staff was very courteous and helpful. They even helped me load it in the truck.

I've purchased a lot of items over the years from Best Buy. I attempted to exchange a defective Sony sound bar system that I purchased less than ninety days ago. I had my receipt. It was still under manufacturer warranty, but because I didn't spend extra money for the Best Buy protection plan, I have to deal directly with  Sony. All over a $200 system that I bought with a $900 TV. I'll be selling my Best Buy stock I've held for eight years and reinvesting it in Amazon. I can return or exchange items on Amazon, no questions asked, and they even pay for shipping and pick it up at my door! It's clear to me that Amazon has superior customer service that will eventually put brick and mortar stores like Best Buy out of business. I'll be ordering my new sound bar from Amazon tonight.

I came in looking for a laptop with basic functions for business purposes. The staff was very helpful and guiding me through and weeding out computers that were not the best fit for me. I left feeling confident with my purchase and my laptop has been exactly what I needed and nothing that I didn't. I would definitely recommend this location for laptop and/or computer needs.

After a terrible experience shopping for appliances with a competitor, Best Buy and staff were a fresh breath of air! We were helped immediately and the delivery process was smooth and seamless! Very impressed!

Ok, they do sell refrigerators... But really they are a GREAT elections store.  The Puyallup location has great employees that have always listened to what I need/want and helped me choose wisely.  I don't really shop around anymore, because getting the right thing is most important to me... But I've never been shocked by their prices.
