We love this company. I’ve taken my vehicles to discount tire for at least ten years and am never disappointed. The Novi location exceeded our expectations with fast and friendly service. Your best bet is to get there when the store opens. Park your vehicle and be at the door just before opening. Assessments made by staff are concise and honest. Staff has never tried over charge/up charge or add additional services. I watched as a line formed and staff continued to execute service at an efficient and productive pace. Most recently, I was in and out in under 45 minutes for a repair on an extremely cold winter day. Discount Tire consistently provides excellent service. Thank you!

Jeff, from the Novi store was awesome. He took care of my shaking steering wheel right away. I needed two new tires, so he sent someone to the other store that had them in stock and the job was completed very quickly. I’m very pleased.

I don’t write reviews often but these guys deserve it. I’d give them more stars if I could. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ryan has been especially great, but everyone I’ve had an interaction with has been fantastic as well. They don’t try to push sales on you, just genuinely want to help you. I will never go to another tire place besides here if I can help it.

Good service, always always always busy. Normally light on staff. Call ahead of time or wait 3 hours.(if you do go ask for Jeff)

Jeff, the manager here, accommodated my last hour request with a smile and got me scheduled right in time for the DT Thanksgiving sale. Advised me on coming back the next day to recheck the torque on the lug nuts before 100 miles. Did the recheck too very quick.
