Came in for a screen + battery change for my iPhone. Quickest job, impeccable quality.. and mostly amazing customer service. The owner was so great. Genuinely one of the best people my wife and i have met. So genuine, and simple man. Loves what he does..

Great customer service reasonable prices quick repair. I went to get a lcd screen fixed he saw that i had other problems and fixed them with no extra charge. I enjoyed the shop and experience

Finding this place was a blessing. Fair prices, excellent service, OUTSTANDING owner. Bob, the owner, is one of the genuinely nicest people I’ve ever met in my life, with an awesome personality and a kind heart. I’ve gotten several phones fixed here, he’s helped me so much and given me great advice about my phones. One time he even helped me save my photos to a drive. Truly goes above and beyond for people he doesn’t even know or owe anything to. Like I said just a wonderful human being. He even sells great phone cases for cheap and makes these amazing coasters. You can give him pictures and he’ll custom make stuff for you. I brought my baby here with me and he was very kind and sweet to my baby. Just a great guy. I’ll bring my business here forever no matter how far away I live. Truly great at what he does. Thank you so much Bob. I never write reviews but had to for you. You’re the bomb.

I don't normally write reviews for everything, but I have to for the Pod Drop. I had a cracked iPhone 7 screen and they had it fixed at a fair price in around 30min, no appointment necessary. They even threw in a tempered glass screen protector free. Will definitely be using them in the future (hopefully I dont have to though!) and recommending them to friends. Avoid the dreaded trip to the Apple store! The Pod Drop is friendly, fast, and efficient. Very pleased.

Have taken several repairs to this store. The guys are always very polite and knowledgable. They definitely go out of their way to fix the problem!! Won't go anywhere else for phone repairs. They are absolutely fabulous!! Would recommend to anyone!!
