Great service! Will continue to come to this discount tire! I needed to patch a tire, guy helped me out and took my car in quickly since i was on my lunch break. Oh and free of charge!! Thanks! Keep up the good work

Out of 3 reps, only one of them was nice and had "time" to talk to me. Had a flat tired and the first rep was friendly sure but when it came down to listening to the issue I had. I loved discount tire when I was up north but here?? I don't think they follow the same policy or process...  Friendly front but bad service

They’re so considerate of your time. I always see them running from car to car trying to get things done quickly yet efficiently. 
Very nice and polite front staff. Reasonably priced tires and they even offer warranties. 
Best discount tire location by far!

Superb experience! I took my truck in to get the four tires replaced on Thursday, and I was helped by an employee named Claudia, who was very efficient and polite. I like it when people make eye contact and speak clearly. She was very professional, and advised that I go ahead and change the spare tire under the bed of the truck since it was already nine years old, and Discount Tire company does not do tires after 10 years. I took her advice and replaced it, and was told it would take 45 minutes to get done. I walked to the Walmart, did some shopping, walked back to the Discount Tire company and read car and driver for a few minutes until a gentleman came up to me and said the truck was done and would be pulling up by the front door. I hopped in the truck and as I drove off I noticed the time was 10:44, it had taken only 40 minutes to get all 5 tires replaced!

I was so pleased I told my sister who was visiting from New Braunfels over the weekend to get her tires replaced. We took them in, and as we were shopping at Walmart Randy called us to let us know that their location did not have the tires, but they were being transported over from Harlingen. We came on home, and my sister went back a couple hours later and they were done in less than 45 minutes, too! We are very, very pleased with them and will absolutely be returning for our tire needs.
