I like the place, it's clean and nice but service is lacking. It's hard getting good help and nice costumer courtesy. And as of late the clothes my husband has been buying unthreads or tears after the first use so we have been really dissappointed with that. Maybe it's just the brand but then again it's Walmart.

Walmart will always be Walmart. We went looking for some LOL Surprise Dolls for my daughter, and of course they didn't have any. In fact, we have been going to several local Walmart stores on a daily basis looking for those dolls and they never have any. When we asked when they would get some, of course nobody had a clue!

I'll keep it short and on point. I went in to return two small (under 3$), New items and they told me they couldn't assist me because I did not have a receipt. They then shooshed me away and told me to go back to the Walmart store where I had originally purchased the items at. To that end, I reminded them that customers can return Walmart items at any store, but they still weren't having it. Then, the short lady ( customer service supervisor) told me that since items were new, she could not accept them; that it was only if they were used that she'd accept them. That statement there was when I knew there was no getting through to these people; there was an apparent disconnect. Even so, we attempted to communicate our distress to another male worker (customer service manager ) but to no avail. For anyone trying to return new merchandise, get ready for a special treat, one only The Valley can offer up. Never again, Walmart; it's no wonder your company has been on the decline. To all my Valleyites: You've been warned! Thanks for reading and researching.

Best place to go to see people in pajamas.  The customer's "anything goes" attitude in regards to personal attire can only be rivaled by employees' ineptness and lack of manners.  I will say that Wal-Mart employees  do have at least one skill down, they can sense a customer who needs help and like an opossum or cockroach caught when the lights are suddenly flashed on them these people too will scurry about to parts where the customer can't trespass, like the Bermuda triangle wormhole that the storage facility seems to be.  Many wonder in, seldom return.

Friendly, helpful staff.  I shop during the way early mornings mostly when it is quiet.  But day or night, they have good people working there
