Do not buy tires from Discount Tire in Round Lake, or any Discount Tire. They come up with creative ways to get out of honoring their warranty, like replacing a separating belt as Tire cupping which is basically a separating belt. When proven, they still wouldn't honor my warranty and still tried to sell me a second set of tires to replace the faulted tires that they had already sold me. Discount Tire is a giant scam if you value your money stay away.

Usually when I buy tires I fear I’ll be taken advantage of, or mislead. But that didn’t happen today; I feel good about the decision Ramiro and made for my old Volvo. 

I’ll bring my Honda in before spring! Thanks.

I picked my tires and made my appointment online.  I showed up and they were expecting me, they greeted me by name.  I left my vehicle with them and when I returned at the said time, the vehicle was ready to go.  I was informed that the tires I had ordered online were out of stock and I was upgraded for no additional fee.  This was an all around awesome experience, free tire gauge in hand, I was on my way.  I will never go to another tire dealer, these folks have awesome customer service!

Always busy and crowded,  highly recommend an appointment.   Servuce guys are customer friendly and willing to help and make things right.
