This store always has adequate cashier staffing. The store is always neatly organized.  It's also not as crowded as many other Kohl's stores.

It's always fun to go to Kohls.     Love it there.     Everyone is so nice and friendly.     They have terrific deals .      They're very helpful.    It's really nice when they get to actually know you.       Kohls is No. 1 in my book.      Thanks.      It's nice to be recognized

Online order pick up. 
Fast, but when I asked for a bag for the merchandise, clerk placed the bag on the counter. "Thanks for shopping with us, or have a good day" would have been appreciated as well as bagging my items. Yuck.
