Really cool place, especially for kids I'm sure. The cashier had the highest level of customer service I've ever witnessed, should have gotten her name.

The cast members were really friendly, and the selection was nice. The sale prices were clearly marked. They check your ID in case "a villainous character" tries to steal your identity when you run your credit card. It's cute and funny how they stay in character to create the Disney experience.

The staff was friendly, helpful and seemed to love what they were doing. I forgot items in the store and they tracked me down and made sure I had them before I left! Thank you manager guy!

They are so helpful and know how to treat you like family. I'm disabled and they were so helpful to me and my family. We love the Disney Store.
