Great experience.  Planned on just shopping around tonight but Jason did such an amazing job I bought a new adjustable bed. He was helpful but gave us the right amount of space to decide on what we liked vs didn't. He was also very knowledgeable with any questions that I had about the product line. Thank you for a great experience on our new bedroom set.

I had the best experience with sales associate James Brown. Not only was he funny great person good conversation and helped find exactly what i was looking for to move into my new place. He worked the best deal for me tried to get me a lil more so i could get my mirror and nightstand but not at this time. However my furniture was delivered last month and i just love it. Can't wait to to get my mirror and night stand. Thank you James.

Papa Daniel is hands down the best salesman I've ever dealt with. I like his style! He took such good care of us. He made our first furniture shopping experience easy and memorable. Can't wait to see how our new furniture looks out in Vegas!!!

Purchased from rooms to go on 3 different occasions for a total of over $10,000 and have had an issue with delivery each time and called the store manager and he could care less if we cancelled the order or not.  Delivery time is a 4 hour window starting at 7 am- 11am then you have a 2-6 window and they call you 2 hours after you are up at 7 in case they show to tell you it won't be until 2-6 pm and then the person on the phone hung up on me when i told her that wasn't acceptable and that is when i made the call to the manager of the store in Kennesaw and he had the i don't care attitude as well.  My last purchase is in the books and i never write reviews but the i don't care attitude from multiple people tell you there is an internal problem with that company.  Beware and also check your furniture closely upon arrival as they damaged at least one piece on two of the three deliveries and the one today he wasn't willing to note it and left without us signing to accept delivery.  Amazing, the liability of that!

We appreciated the “no-pressure” attitude of Bill.  He told us what we needed to know and turned us loose in the showroom.  He was always available for questions and was very knowledgeable about the products but never pressured us to make a decision.  It was a pleasant shopping experience.
