One of the staff tried to explain to me why they charge $4 extra to put scanned negatives on a thumb drive as opposed to a CD. I was not buying it. Felt like they are trying to squeeze some extra cash out of their customers. I've taken my business elsewhere and haven't looked back.

The selection is large despite it being small in size. The staff is condescending and pushy. Their new gear isn't priced the fairest. The used gear you can find cheaper elsewhere. They buy gear but lowball you like crazy on the price and encourage you to spend the money on their store. I'm unsure how a place like this stays in business with so many better options for purchasing cameras and getting them serviced.

Classic camera store. Not many still around. They have a selection of used gear. Offer passport photos too.
