I don’t think I’ll be coming back here anytime soon. These guys have the worst services ever. They had me wait for like an hour for something they were still unable to resolve. Definitely not coming back here again.

I like TMobile in general. As for this location, I see they had the office I wanted on display during my last visit but it wasn't in stock. The employee referred me to a nearby location with the print in stock. Great customer service!

Incompetent employees and complete lack of customer service. The staff at this store will not take the extra step to take care of their customers. If they don't know what they're doing they should call customer service instead of advising the customer to do this on their own when they leave the store.

I had Shantel as my customer service rep. She was fantastic! She asked me to guess how long she had been there to which I replied a few years because of her knowledge of the products. However, she stated that she has only been there 4 months. You absolutely could not tell. She was fantastic! I certainly recommend this store for your electronic needs!
