I went to this t-mobile store to get a new phone. Mark Flowers was courteous and showed me options with details to help me make informed decision to choose galaxy note 8 deal. Mr. Flowers was thorough and very helpful in answering all of the questions I had and also provided additional information relevant to each topic of the question. Mr. Flowers' expertise and his excellent customer service was fully demonstrated. After the very satisfying first visit, I stopped by again for different subject and Mr. Flowers again help me resolve the issue while thoroughly providing details. Mr. Flowers helped me happily maintain 8 year relationship with the T-mobile and I highly praise Mr. Flowers' professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you, Mr. Flowers!

Best phoneshop ever. Got myself a tourist plan a couple of days ago. Great advice, great service and superb after sales. Mark gave me a call that I forgot me receipt which I had told him I needed. Mark is a great guy, thanks!

The only nice thing about this T-mobile is that it's the only place in D.C. that actually has t-mobile reception. Customer service was terrible
