I was concerned after reading the reviews on whether this store would help us switch to a cheaper prepaid plan. Luckily I met Savannah who did do a great job and set us up with a great plan to suit our needs of call, text and data. Happy we came!!

Sale rep claimed that I would get $300 credit for trading in my old phone. I did and used the credit to get iwatch. Now full price of iwatch shows up on bill. I only got $60 credit, not $300. After dozens of phone calls to try to resolve the issue, still no progress. The experience we had was so bad at this store and since AT&T's customer support was so bad and unable to resolve this, we are now switching to Verizon. If the sales rep was honest with us, and if the store manager tried to work with us to resolve the issue, we would likely still be AT&T customers, but now we are switching.

Worst experience ever! I went in to purchase a phone on installment, only to find out Michael, one of the representatives, didn't switch my account from GoPhone to Postpaid. I now have to pay the entire cost of the phone, which is over $600!!! This man is absolutely clueless and useless in customer service! I'm still trying to reach corporate because Michael clearly isn't trained enough. I hope no one else experiences this mess.

Terrible experience. This store is a scam!!! I bought a prepaid and the staff told me the sim requires activation fee of 15 USD. I paid because am not sure about US telecom as a visitor. However, when I asked the staff for reciept, the staff refused, saying that there is no receipt for activation fee because he already gave me a discount. Afterwards I found out that I have charged 15USD more because the stuff signed me up and let me paid for their DIRECTTV NOW service, without even letting me know about it!!! Didn't even give me any account number. Spent an hour calling AT&T for nothing as DIRECTTV NOW does not have a customer holiness. Luckily I used their webchat support and got my refund. Don't go there, the stuff and manager are both liar there!the guy name is Michael!
