At District Dental Center, we strive to create healthy and beautiful smiles in a pain-free and relaxed environment.

Story

Dr Matt Gialanella and Dr Brian Schobel founded District Dental Center in 2016, although the idea had been present long before then. Both Dr Schobel and Dr Gialanella enjoy one-on-one interaction with their patients and enjoy educating their patients on their oral health. District Dental Center prides itself on being up to date on the latest technology, as well as being both professional and caring towards patients best interest. Our doctors aim to practice with the patient's best interest in mind, and are willing to discuss any issues or concerns. We practice cosmetic, comprehensive, and family dentistry, and are Invisalign certified. We are also active in the community as well as in numerous hours of continuing education every year. Dr. Schobel makes me feel like a personal friend. He explains everything he is doing and is very attentive to any discomfort I might feel. I have total confidence in his work and his advice. I've never looked forward to going to the dentist in all my earlier years, but I do now.

I first visited Dr. Gialanella for a second opinion regarding dental work which was already done on me by different dentist. He was very patient with all my questions and explained everything in detail. Also, he did a crown on one of my molars and I was 100% satisfied! Dr. Gialanella is a perfectionist and as for me that's the main quality a Dentist should have :) Beautiful office and always friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Dr. Schobel is an excellent dentist! He took the time to review and explain all of my x-rays in detail. In answering my questions, he cited evidence based literature which demonstrates his commitment to staying current in his field. The technician and staff were very professional. There is no upsell to increase the bill. Options are explained and left to the patient to decide.

The experience at District Dental is top notch. The office is clean and modern and the staff super nice and accommodating. They seems legitimately happy to be there. You're never rushed there. It feels very boutique. Dr. G is awesome, for friendly and Caron and it doesn't hurt that he's very easy on the eyes ;)
They submit to insurance for you and everything feels seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend 
The only downside parking but it's in the middle of D.C. so what can you expect? At least there's a parking garage adjacent to the building.

I always have an awesome experience at this practice.   Hygienist Andrea and Dr. Gialanella are both personable and professional...both are great dental professionals!
