One of the cheapest options in the area. There are some fun spots nearby. The $160/night room had just enough room to walk around 2 sides of the full-sized bed. Not necessarily a problem for the price. My main complaint was the lack of WiFi. I had a ton of work to do and the cell reception in the room was bad, so had to walk downstairs every time I needed to look something up. I asked reception if they'd reset the router as per Window's network connectivity troubleshooting recommendation, but just got an "it's broken."

I stayed here for a few nights while I was on a trip to Washington DC. The staff was really efficient and everything was well kept, all the regular hotel needs were met. The only thing I'm unhappy about is the quality of the hotel building itself. The floors are quite creaky, the ceiling and the walls could use some cosmetic work, and the doors can be better sealed since they're not really flushed against the wall. Otherwise, it is an okay hotel to stay at. I don't recommend to rely on it for food services and such given that it's meant to be a very simple hotel. Not to worry though, there are plenty of food outlets around town.

Reminds me of a seedy motels from a horror movie, the kind of a place where the serial killer will bring his next victim. We literally ran away and found a new reservation somewhere else. AND I got into trouble for picking this place. Guess you get what you pay for ... specially in DC 😪

First and foremost THE PICTURES LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL PLACE. This place is garbage. Nothing but bed bugs, dirty dirty carpets, and filthy furniture from the 80’s that are falling apart that are being held up with hopes and dreams. The staff is garbage too, I asked for a refund and as I stood right in front of the front desk a house keeper walks up and asks why I left and he bluntly tells her because I am stubborn and picky and that I didn’t even give it a chance as she proceeds to call me names. I was shook and highly offended with the disrespect of the front bald man and the downgraded maid.

The hotel location is awesome. It's kind of old building but my room on the 4th floor was clean, warm and quite silent. I knew there would not be any breakfast offered or Wi-Fi in rooms (Wi-Fi is available in lobby though). The AC located a little bit at awkward location on the top of bed and sometimes annoying. At around 3 AM first night, a woman was shouting in the hallway and hitting the next door in the line of "open the f#$@ door..." which after some struggle finally was opened. I was a little bit scared. The room was small, too. But overall I think considering the price, it is not overpriced and I may attend this hotel again when I will attend a conference or meeting that I will not be at hotel during the daytime.
