Very well located. Staff goes the extra mile to welcome you and make you feel good. Rooms are a bit dated. A bit small but then, it's downtown DC! Beds are good & very comfortable but you will hear people talking in hallway as they pass by your door.
Food was excellent.

Went for the high tea. The scones were small and not fresh. The St. Regis blend tea was very good but with $55 per person actually being $72 per person with added gratuity (which was not explained to us until I asked, the receipt even asked for more tip) I would have expected over the top service and unlimited cakes and sandwiches, neither of which was present in our experience.

Great service and good location, i think that the hotel its kind of old! But maybe its part of the design! Enjoy your stay and say hello to POTUS, its one block away the white house!

I had an opportunity to visit The St. Regis Washington D.C hotel as a wedding photographer. One of my amazing prides was getting ready there and they had reception downstairs as well. I was so impressed by rooms and rest of the hotel. Rooms are very bight and clean. Hotel staff is just phenomenal!!

Jose was amazing and accomodating for my wife's bday tea time. We had a great time and will be back.
