My Mom has had to spend over a month in Heritage Hall five times so far for Rehabilitative services. The staff is always positive and cheerful with her. I have been treated courteously at every visit, even when I frequently interrrupt staff members and nurses with questions and demands. Her personal care has been exceptional and far exceeds the care that she received when in her own home with caretakers from several agencies. I just can't say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was to find this facility repeatedly shattering my negative preconceptions of long term care facilities. Thank you, Heritage Hall Staff, for being so kind and paying so much attention to detail in my Mom's care!!

Average long-term health care facility in Blacksburg. A bit old but seems to have caring staff who try to improve quality of life for the residents.

I am in this facility multiple times in any given week. The thing that stands out to me is the general feel and atmosphere. There is always singing, laughing, and a loving attitude displayed. The people that work in this facility need to be commended. Speaking as someone who has taken care of a family member in the home, I can attest to the fact that a caregiver is one of the most trying and exhaustive roles that I have been in. This place is like a home. The staff and residents interact well, they know each other, they love each other. I would not hesitate to entrust the care of my loved one to this facility!!!!

This facility has been voted by the community the most preferred facility in all of the New River Valley. They have also recently won a National Quality Award, also this facility is the only winner of this award in all of the Roanoke or New River Valley.. My Mother in Law was a resident at Heritage Hall and received great Therapy to return her home.After she went home she has returned to volunteer weekly. The focus of this facility is not only Quality of Care but Quality of Life. The best Activity program and bunch of happy people. I would recommend Heritage Hall to anyone I know.
