Best DMV experience of my life thus far. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait on a Thursday at noon was 2.5 hours and true to the forecast I waited 2.5 hours. Note: if you don’t live in Seminole county be there before noon. I even discovered I was missing a document and had to go home and hurry back and the staff was compassionate in assisting me. Very pleased with my experience and especially grateful to Marie at the front check in desk for all her patients assisting me. No one likes to go to the DMV but these guys definitely make the process as smooth as possible.

This place has mastered the fine arts of gross incompetence and utter inefficiency. Be prepared for nightmarish wait times (pack a lunch) and bring every legal document you've obtained in your entire life. Chances are, you'll still get turned away but having a file cabinets worth of documents will ever so slightly put the odds in your favor. I'm absolutely disgusted with this DMV. Worst one I've ever seen, second to none.

Absolutely terrible. No parking. 3 hr. wait for license renewal. Staff with fake badges and real guns. $6.50 "convenience" fee because it's a tax office. Let DMV run it. At least I'll save the extra fee.

Today, September 6, 2017, I had a wonderful experience at DMV to renew my license, and this experience was because of two lovely ladies--Jessica and Jackie--who were so very, very kind and helpful to me. What could have been an ordeal turned out to be a blessing. Thanks Jessica and Jackie. Walter Taylor

I was there with my fiance to get her licence changed. They told us it was a 38 min wait. I was seeing the number section I was in going up closer to my number. Then they jumped to a different number section. After 1 hour of waiting I went up to the check-in and asked why it was doing that. They told me that there was appointments in first before walk in and I would be waiting up to 4 hours. If they told me that first before I would of left and not waisted no time. The check in people are not nice. They are rude and dont give u the information U need to hear. This place needs to fix that or they will always get people getting mad at them.
