Had to go here twice within ten days and the people working here are friendly and helpful. Answered any questions I had and provided guidance. They could use more tellers but I'm sure they are under some labor constraints since about half the windows aren't used usually. Spent an average of 2and half hours here one for license and the other for car registration. This is with me coming about thirty minutes before opening. If you plan to go before opening make sure to dress extra warm.

UPDATE 5-7-18: New location is disorganized. Emploees don't greet customers. My last experience was not good. Prev. Review 2-years ago: My experience went well. I had an appointment and the first person was to my surprise "welcoming". She checked to see I had the required paperwork and later gave me a number and asked me to wait for the next person. The next person was also courteous, wow! Incredible! I am guessing the DMV is trying to change it's ugly reputation.

Too few clerks, too many customers. The clerk that helped us was wonderful! She was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, but there just aren't enough employees for the amount of people in need of service. It makes for an unpleasant experience to visit the DMV, and it's not as if any of the customers have a choice; the service they are there to receive is required! In a nutshell, HIRE MORE HELP!

Finding parking wasn’t difficult for me when I arrived, so that’s one positive thing. I didn’t schedule an appointment before showing up (Huge mistake, do your best and try to schedule one), so I waited in the non-appointment line for 40 minutes. Then I waited for my number to be called after 2 hours and 25 minutes. All because the machine to get your registration and sticker was broken. Overall, the service is good, lots of seating and you’re able to chill outside and still hear numbers being called. Simply put, the staff have a huge number of people to work with one at a time, but hey do their best to accommodate you any way they can.

I had excellent service the new Office is amazing. I was treated very good. Wait short time experience the best.
