Rude very rude ladys, the employees accepting documents try to speak to you as if we are children and we should shut up. I was trying to confirm that the worker would be receiving all documents since Ms Chin. Instead told me shhh Im telling you we have scanners...well to me it doesnt matter if I still didnt receive a receipt with all documents need were received.. well see what happens in the next week, month, months...it happens.

These social worker are lazy and heartless they don't care about the kids their supposed to protect. It are about the pay check my grand daughter social said when the mom do something else we're remove the child from the home. Really what you waiting on her to kill her.

Place is helpful. Got my benefits same day. Making an appointment helps. At first i kept calling my worker and she wouldn't answer. I asked for her hours and then I called the next day between the hours and she answered.

Its dirty people dont know how to use the restoom, the welfare workers act as if they have no clue about anything.their system is always down.they never mail out the results of your applications.very ghetto in general
