I went into this place yesterday to make a citizen report about unusal activities on my security cameras.for one when I walked I in there the line was helleva long it was only one person to service everyone and she was running around like a chicken what its head cut off every time someone ask her a question she left the counter to find someone who can give her an answer by the time I made to the counter and ask my question about speaking to someone she got rid of me quick by handed me a piece of paper with a number to call for someone to come to my home to take a report.now its been several hours waiting for someone to show up the lady officer said it shall take at least 2 to 3 hrs I said OK and been waiting every since this is horrible service I have 2 kids and I'm a single mother who lives in a quite community that is obviously not that much quite at all if somebody is trying to commit a crime that's to much time gap waiting on them and to me that's dangerous.but what I want to know is if they can harass us why can't we harass them and get some service?

If I could RATE this a 0 I would! I reported a Robbery that happens at my restaurant and I was told that it would be a 3hr wait until some showed up, that was @ 11:45am. 5hrs later @ 4:15pm I called again they said they have acknowledged my called that they would be their soon. 4hrs later @ 7:46pm I called again because nobody had showed up, they said that the cop will show up "in a min or 10min or 5hrs or more I wouldn't know" that's what he said It's now 9:23pm, my business is closed. At 12am it will complete 24hrs since the robbery happen and still no cop.....

Tried to report a crime of mail fraud happening from a location in Lancaster. They want me to report it to my local police in state of WA. Why do police departments across the USA make it so difficult for citizens to report crime?
